Approval for Rezoning of Land for New Medical Building

June 13th, 2006 -- After more than two years, the rezoning for the land for our new medical building was unanimously approved by Broomfield City Council. We are in the process of getting approval for our building plans through the land use review and then the City Council of Broomfield and hope to break ground once this is finalized. Our new medical building is planned as a multi-specialty building located at 144th (Dillon Rd.) and Federal adjacent to the Broadlands with easier access to hospitals and our patients traveling on the NW Parkway and those residing north of Denver.
