Patients are seen by scheduled appointments only. Please try to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no show appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be assessed a $25 charge for 15 minute time slots and up to $50 for a well child check or 30 minute time slot. (These charges are not covered by your insurance.)

Please remember to bring a record of your child’s previous immunizations to their first appointment for review. Also, please request that all medical records from your child’s previous doctors be forwarded to us for review so we may have a complete history in your child's chart.
